I started Pilates with Annie a year and a half ago after signing up for an intro class with her. I had been dealing with chronic upper body muscle pain for years. Annie helped me with bettering my form and overall alignment, which helped the pain disappear within just a few sessions with her. I quickly saw my strength increase, posture improve, core muscles I did not even know I had were popping up, and my body shape was changing for the better!! Now in my third trimester of pregnancy, Annie is teaching me how to safely build muscle and protect my pelvic floor for labor. I will absolutely be working with her postpartum to get back to my pre-baby self!!

My journey in ballet has taken me down many different avenues. From dancing on stage to training others to creating my own works, each year my love and passion for dance takes new form.

One thing that has proven to be true is that ballet provides physical and mental skills unique to any other art form or athletic endeavor. The depths of ballet are endless and every day in the studio there is something new to learn. Whether you are seeking advanced professional training or in search of a current, professional ballerina, I wish to share my passion and knowledge in this art form with you.

Private Lessons

In one-on-one lessons I provide visual demonstration with verbal explanation and strong attention to detail. The dancer achieving their goals both artistically and technically is the focus. I love to inspire dancers in ballet and watch their confidence grow as their skills progress.
